• Information Provider: We research and present flight options based on your provided travel details, including potential routes, airlines, pricing, and availability

• Booking Assistance: We facilitate booking processes with airlines and communicate confirmations and essential travel information to Customers.

2. Booking Responsibility

• Accurate Information: The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information for flight requests, including names (as they appear on passports), dates of birth, travel destinations, contact details, and payment information.

• Verification: Customers must verify all booking details in confirmation emails and immediately notify Etime Holidays.com of any discrepancies or required changes.

• Airline Terms: Customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the airline providing the flight service, including policies on baggage, check-in, cancellations, etc.

3. Pricing and Availability

• Dynamic Pricing: Airline fares are highly dynamic and subject to change without notice. Etime Holidays.com provides estimated prices based on real-time data but cannot guarantee final prices until the booking is secured with the airline.

• Quotes vs. Bookings: Quotes provided by our agents are not confirmed bookings. Availability and pricing may change between the time of inquiry and when a booking is finalized.

4. Payment

6. Liability

• Limitations: Etime Holidays.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, overbookings, baggage handling issues, or any other disruptions that are directly the responsibility of the airline.

• Compensation: Claims for compensation due to disruptions should be pursued as per the rights outlined in the airline's terms and applicable passenger rights regulations.

• Agency Error: We take all reasonable measures to ensure accurate service, but are not liable for losses due to misinformation on our website or human error, except where prohibited by law.
